This resource provides 22 community-wide benchmarks for decision makers responsible for managing flooding and stromwater to consider when ensuring their community’s resiliency. The benchmarks are considered under three categories: drinking water, waste water, and stormwater. For each benchmark there are essential requirements, enhanced requirements, exceptional requirements, and corresponding acceptable evidence for all three levels. Flood related challenges are considered under all three categories.
