Although the case studies may be useful in and of themselves, the value of this resource is in the executive summary (page 6) and introductory sub-sections: Green Infrastructure vs. Conventional Stormwater Management & Barriers to Green Infrastructure implementations (pages 7-12) .

Although the case study cities are larger cities with sufficient access to resources, small, lower capacity cities can learn from  failures of larger cities to avoid in own implementation/ alternatives evaluations.
